encode DVD audio 5.1 to 2.1

hye guys......

i want to compress the audio(ac3 5.1) of a dvd video to ac3 2.1 without affecting/changing the structure of the dvd files....:confused:

can anyone give me a guide for this ? plzzz

Check out my guide here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=140026), skip steps 5-9 and at step 4 simply convert it to ac3 2 channel.

as u said at step 10.... once i add the audio delay (7441 ms).... gettin some error....

Try Muxman (http://www.mpucoder.com/Muxman/muxman_0_16_6.zip) as suggested by "blutach" in the other thread, although I personally prefer IfoEdit for authoring, i think muxman may work better in some cases...

You could also try ReJig.

thz for the info linyx.... i did try with a ifoedit ver 0.95...... it's workin perfect...... looks like 0.971 got bug on audio delay
