To start : the videos are made by ME ! no reason to close the thread admin :)

Finally got DXVA working in on my HD3850 in MPC-HC and KMPlayer, the results are weird :

MPC-HC internal filter :

1536x864 at 35 FPS works fine. <1 CPU max
1024x576 at 100 FPS works fine. <1 CPU max

KMPlayer with DivX H.264 decodor beta 3 :

DivX decodor beta 3 works as good as MPC-HC with internal filter but cpu is ~50% all the time.

PS : my cpu is x2 400+ at 2.1 GHZ.
PS2 : the 3 video's ( made by me ) did not work at all before ! LAG bigtime.

So .. is the internal filter of MPC-HC wrong at showing the CPU usage or realy good at its job ? :)

I see that DivX decodor is faster than coreAVC so is there a reason why i should buy coreAVC now ? or just wait for a final "DivX H.264 decodor"

juGGaknot your display are perfectly fine... The CPU usage doesn't show the graphic card usage. In MPC-HC it's the graphic card who is doing the -entire- work, not the CPU.

What happen is that instead of having a software decoder (which use the cpu clockcycles) decoding the h.264 bitstream MPC-HC send that bitstream to the graphic card which will output it directly, bypassing the cpu entirely.
