I've always just used nerovision however lately it has stopped working properly. Any other programs out there someone can suggest?

Convertxtodvd handles almost every format & u can create custom menus,add subtitles & best of all its easy!

Try DVDFlick or AVStoDVD.

FAVC is a program I've had success with. It offers two different encoders, one is fast and the other is higher quality.

I second DVD Flick - it supports many more file, video and audio types than Nero, and does a noticeably better job in my opinion, though the menus are pretty plain.
