I use this command line
mencoder.exe -of rawaudio -ovc frameno -oac lavc -lavcopts acodec=vorbis:abitrate=128 -channels 2 -srate 44100 -o outest.ogg fast1.mpg
encode generating outtest.ogg is bad file.
Not can play
