Good Colours and crispiness

anyone have idea how can i attain good colour and crispiness in output ,which filter shoud i use in Avisynth.

Sure. You can first start by taking a look at rule (http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm) #12, and perhaps restate your question. :)

Good colors is one thing, heavily dependent on whether it was a film transfer that was badly faded, whether they transferred it properly, etc. That's mostly out of your control and unless it looks particularly off, you'll have to use something like Tweak().

Crispness though? What do you mean, are you trying to say a "sharp" looking image? Again this is source dependent. You can try LimitedSharpenFaster() to give it a bit more pop, or SeeSaw() to "put the fuzz back on the peach"

First of all thanks for reply , i meant sharpness true i iwll give u example may b it will make myself clear
original video size is 720 x 480 (AR 4:3)
and my Avisynth script is

We need a video sample. Still images are useless, especially when compressed with JPEG :)

Try to avoid using generalities like "better"
FFT3DFilter (http://avisynth.org.ru/fft3dfilter/fft3dfilter.html) has a sharpener so it's worth a shot.
MC Spuds (http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/MC_Spuds) is another one that will denoise and sharpen

Color adjustments are highly, highly subjective -- I recommend playing with AvsP and one of the color adjustment plugins. Tweak the color to your taste, as if I were in your shoes I'd end up changing the color to a slightly warmer tone.

Sharpness? You can try LimitedSharpenFaster() and see how well that works for you. I personally like the results of a slight sharpen with edge only sharpen (strength=150, edgemode=1) Again, this is something that's a personal taste. Play with AvsP and find what you like! :)
