Hi!

is there a chance to ctach subtitles from a DVD and submit them to another movie by an authoring programm?
Hows about recording a sound from vcr and add that to a dvd movie?
Any ideas?

Of course. Use a Sub-ripper tool to get the subpicture as bmp files.
These you can use then with an authoring tool.
