BD-P1400 + tsmuxer = some issues i'm having

I'm having problems with the playback on this Samsung player. I followed the guide religiously. The problem is all the movies will skip and jump to the point it's unwatchable. The audio is smooth but video sucks. I have changed it to the 4.1 profile as mentioned in the guide.
I'm out of ideas.

Just changing the reported profile does not make the video-stream level 4.1 compliant in reality; You're actually faking that for your player.

You need to make shure your stream is actually level 4.1 compliant AND is blu-ray compliant (keyint / GOP size mainly). So you need to reencode. There are several topics on that subject floating around this board, and between them they contain all the info you need.
