Could someone reccomend a capture card that I could use with DVD2SVCD. I am looking to produce high quality SVCDs. Would like an inexpensive hardware encoder but would prefer the software capture if the hardware encoder lacks the quality. Any ideas?

The new AIW 7500 seems to be a pretty good deal if you're looking for an all-around good performer.
