Animated logo in .mkv?

How could I add an animated logo(splitted in 92 bmp's) in a .mkv container? I could have done this easily with the logo plugin from VirtualDub, but I`m not sure about mkv.

Add it to your source before you mux it in the MKV container.

Any other way than that? I would like to avoid re-(re-)encoding

You can't add an animated logo without re-encoding.
