DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15

I have had the following problem backing up two movies that I own, Il Postale and The Lives of Others, each foreign films: when playing back the movies, the director's comments are played over the movie and cannot be turned off in the menu. There is no problem with the originals (the on-off radio buttons work) but the backup copies have the problem.

Is anyone familiar with the problem and how to correct it?

Thanks

Are you sure you backed up the regular main audio track? It sounds like you may have only backed up the commentary track.

I'd suggest re-ripping the disc and try backing it up again, but keep an eye on the Audio settings in DVDShrink to make sure you've got multiple audio tracks ticked off to keep.

I will repeat the process and do as you say. Am I correct in assuming that if an audio track is omitted that the default is to play any other audio track as opposed to no audio?

Thanks

JoeShrubbery,

I did as you said (repeated the process) with success. Apparently, I must have clicked on a radio button I did not intend to, eliminating the audio track.

Thanks
