Problems with remux DVD

I demux DVD then remux it with a additional subtitle.
The new DVD played with PowerDVD but don't play with WinDVD!

I demux DVD by DVD Decrypter, VobEdit & pgcdemux and remux by IfoEdit.

Also I remux DVD by ReJig but ReJig create a "mux.vob" file instead "VIDEO_TS.VOB", "VTS_01_*.VOB" files.

and I remux DVD by DVDAuthorGUI but after 40 Min, "VIDEO_TS" folder in output was empty!!!

Why?

No I don't try with any standalone player; original DVD is played by WinDVD 7 but new remuxed DVD isn't. So I think WinDVD 7 hasn't any deficiency, I think that there is a problem in remuxing or demuxing processes. what your idea?

Simply by virtue of having modified the original DVD (by adding an audiostream), you can't make any assumptions regarding WinDVD.

Just burn a copy of the modified DVD and see if it plays on your SAP...

Did the remux complete? You say there's nothing in the VIDEO_TS folder. If it did, were there any errors in the log? And are the VTSI_MAT streams as you want them?

I remux compeletely by IfoEdit & MuxMan, then I try play new DVD with WinDVD, but don't work; although, original DVD works with WinDVD.
In addition, I try remux by DVDAuthorGUI, but after finishing the "VIDEO_TS" folder was empty and Log file was true!

Check the streams assignment and as setarip suggested, burn a copy on an RW and try in your standalones.
