I have an .ac3 stream that I want to remux w/video but I need to add silence to the front of the file...which tool would be the best to use??

or eac3to (eac3to input.ac3 output.ac3 +999ms).

Or the venerable "AC3DelayCorrect21b1" (Requires "GfaWin23.Ocx"in the same directory)...
