I have got a movie from a friend, a svcd. His player plays the movie perfect. Into my player... not. Movie tickes... i notised it with another movie also. So i think the bitrate total is to hig.
How can i from a already burned svcd rip the mpg file, (its differend from the mpg file i make with dvd2svcd, becouse mediaplayer will play that file, but won't play the mpg extracted from the svcd) and lower the bitrate or the audio bitrate?

btw. i rip some movies myself, with VBR 4 pass, min 2000 and max 2531 with average 2350, and don't have problems playing them.....
Sorry.... find it. Problem is that some svcd's are NTSC, and i have PAL, and force to pal will give me this...$&*@#... so searching for the right config and cable connections
