AGK (Force Framerate)

I havn't used agk in ages but now a friend of mine asked me how to force the 29 framerate to 23 on ntsc sources, i know it can do it because i used to do it sometimes in the past.

Anybody that can remind me on how???

yeah i know that but i don't know what to mark... installed it myself today and try'd but no luck apperently so must have done something wrong.

There's only one setting related to framerate, and it's clearly labeled. (.fps)
