Just about all the filters needed for the Streams of dusty light effect (http://www.tuthq.com/dusty-light-photoshop-tutorial.php) are available in AviSynth, except for radial blur. Any ideas? Ultimately I would like to animate the "light rays" so they pan from left to right, ect...
