How do you change the Vob Cell ID to start with 1/1 with PgcEdit?

The first entry starts with a 2/1 and I believe titles are supposed to start with 1/1? Thus causing a brief pause in the start of the first cell...

There's nothing wrong - there's no such thing that a title should start at 1/1 and there's certainly no cause for a pause. If you just play the VOB, however, with say MPC or VLC, it will play all VCIDs in order and VID 1 will complete before you get to this title. So, play the DVD opening it correctly via the IFO file or Directory.

If you still wanna change VIDs, look for a program called VIDChanger at the VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) site.

Use FixVTS in PgcEdit->Tools. It's already integrated.

@frank

This would not work if VID 1 was referenced elsewhere in the VTS.

I see. The entry VOBU sector starts at 5, not at 0.
Then there must be another PGC with VOBU starting at 0. If deleted in IFO but not in VTS, then VobBlanker is the right tool to reorganize.

Well, VID 1 is just a blank, isn't it (just 5 sectors). Possibly used as a tiny cell in a last chapter in another PGC. But, if unreferenced, either FixVTS or VobBlanker will get rid of it. In any event, it does no harm and the 10k saved is irrelevant.
