The Kill playback function adds

Looks redundant.

2) the "Kill Playback" function does not remember that it has been done for that title and will repeat the same commands again.

Yes, in this case, it is redundant but that's just the way the program works to ensure it gets everything. It causes no harm. Commands 11-13 can be safely deleted in your case.
