Error: "C:\IPCServer0.avi" can not open, or unsupported

hi, i'm following the directions for the Flask/XMpeg SVCD Standalone TMPGEnc guide, and after i start frameserving with Xmpeg, I open up TMPEnc and when I try to open up IPCServer0 as the video source or part0.avs as the audio source, I get a message that "[filename] can not open, or unsupported." am I missing anything? I looked in the environmental settings --> VFAPI plugin and noticed that it looks for a dvd2mpg file which I didn't have (DVD2AVI.vfp, so i installed that, too, but it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you install the VFP plugin that comes along with TMPGEnc? If you still cannot open AVS files, try installing the ReadAVS.dll (available from Avisynth site) for TMPGEnc. let me know if you require more details.

thanks for the reply... but i still can't get TMPGEnc work... i get the same messages, even with the VFP and the ReadAVS.dll. Any other ideas? thanks
