Switching Audio

I am re-authoring a Rolling Stones dvd called "Sympathy For The Devil" and there's a ton of wasted space on this disc.

For example, the main audio and ONLY audio track is LPCM audio which is like 1.3gb in size. Is there a way in VobBlanker, or any freeware tool that I can replace the audio with a re-encoded AC3 track?

I know I can extract the audio with PgcDemux and re-encode w/ Aften, but don't know how to replace the audio without doing a complete re-author in MuxMan and losing menus and such.

BeSweet. But the whole idea of a DVD like that is to experience the audio in better than CD quality - hence the PCM track.

You can do that in BeSweet hmm? I never knew that.

I was unaware that LPCM audio was higher quality than CD! I figured it was just your standard CD quality 2-ch audio.

High fidelity is supported by high sampling rates and high bit-depth (word length); some LPCM coders and decoders on the market today support sampling rates up to 192kHz and/or sample sizes up to 32 bits. File or media formats that use LPCM for bitstream encoding may constrain sampling rate or bit-depth. Audio CDs use 44.1 kHz sampling rate with 16-bit samples
