Jonny's Enc freezing...

hello,
an issue of Enc Freezing was brought up in the original Enc thread by Kintaro (here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=315277#post315277))
and by Livesms (here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=857491#post857491)).
my situation is exactly like Kintaro's, but it seems related only to one specific file which get stuck (also like in kintaro's case) in menu->Tools->Get informations from avisynth file. other files work flawlessly.
i followed Jonny's trouble-shooting suggestions, and tried Livesms semi-solution, but nothing helped. after reading the whole thread (and doing a search in the forum) it seems there is no clear answer...

any ideas ?

For me ENC this keeps running for infinite time for compressiblility test [it was running the whole night once no results],
I used henryho_hk batch file to find the compressibility result.

But now i prefer my own custom settings for encoding xvid files as it varies from src to src.

i haven't encountered that problem Video Master, and i discovered the thread about henryho_hk batch file just yesterday (!) - i'll look more into it...
in the meantime, does anyone have more ideas/suggestions ?

what about the sample i posted... does your Enc work with it?
