Replacement IDE Controller card

In one of my systems I have an old (4-5 years) "WinXP Promise Ultra 13 TX2" IDE controller card that I'd like to replace.

Any suggestions of something more current?

PCI/PCIe 1x?

Comparable/Same limited capabilities as the low cost card I wish to replace - only improvement needed is re: DVD burner burn speed. Such cards appear to be in the $10-$50US range...
