Hi all,
Its been a while since I have been using Rebuilder due to other priorities! A very quick question and apologies if this has been covered previously or it seems obvious. My approach to date has been to use CCE basic for projects involving compression levels of up to 70%, below this I went for AutoQMatenc with full passes to keep quality levels as high as possible.
I am not sure now where AutoQMatenc stands with the other free multi pass encoder options as I cannot see further development beyond v0.33 which is now 2 years old? Has development stopped?
Any recommendations on encoders that perform best for low bit rate projects?
