I would like to offer $100 for a CC (cloes caption) captrued software writer.
As I know, the latest version of The KMPlayer can be used by watching tv program through TV CARD on PC, as well as the subtitles. Right now, I need a software that could save the original data of the closed caption since the old method of capturing CC ( which was captured through GraphEdit) could not be used under the system of VISTA.
Any programmer who can wirte a closed caption recorded software that is able to be used under VISTA, please do not hesitate to contact with me.
