Hi,
I donated through Paypal on the 1st of Aug, and see that the amount has been transfered from my bank account, but am still waiting for a keyfile to arrive by email. I guess that it comes by email....
I just wonder how long it normally takes after making a donation until the keyfile is sent. I did try searching the forum to see if the question has been asked and answered before, but was not successful in finding it.
I would be thankful if anyone can shine a light on the matter.
I guess that I'm just getting a bit impatient to start using the program.

Did you check your spam folder?

The keyfile does not arrive via email. Use Reg-RB.exe (a file inside installation directory) to download it.

A notification with download links is sent to your PayPal registered e-mail address within about 10 minutes of your donation. If you didn't get it, it's likely some anti-SPAM software has stolen it from you.
Send a note to dvd-rb@dvd-rb.com and I'll make sure it gets sent.
If you are registered, you can also download from this link (http://www.jdobbs.com/Pages/DVDRebuilder/DVD-RB_Pro_download.htm). When you run it the first time REG-RB will be executed automatically.

Thank you for supplying information; so I tried..
I downloaded the Pro version from JDobbs web site;
When I ran the setup program, after making choices, and files start to extract, it just froze when it came to the point where it says that it's extracting 'news.txt', in fact it locked up the PC completely. Only way out was to turn off the power to the PC. It does not seem that it is even possible to install the program, yet alone to use Reg-RB.exe that you mention.
I'm confused.

Sounds like the file was corrupted during download. There have been thousands of successful downloads from that site. As a test I just downloaded it and ran the installation -- it works correctly.

The installation problem was solved by turning off my anti-virus program. PC was locking up when I even tried to browse the contents of the 'failed' install directory. Something there that my AntiVir really doesn't like. AntiVir prog = Kaspersky AVP v3.5.133.0
Yep, the version is as old as the hills, but I prefer it to newer versions, and have not had problems with it before this case.
Program up and running fine now, me be happy, Thanks for you help.

If it is part of a security suite then it is more likely that your Firewall was blocking it.

It's not a security suite, just an Anti-Virus. In fact, even now, if I use a file browser to browse the contents of the DVD-RB PRO directory the PC locks up and I have to turn the power off, but this does not happen if I disable the Anti-Vir before browsing said directory.
I myself suspect the "is*.tmp" file that is in the directory, not that it is a virus, but that it is the file that causes the lock up.
This file is the same size and has same time stamp as 'news.txt', the file that the failed install locked the PC on.
I've been using this same Anti-Vir prog for about 9-10 years now, and have never experienced a lock-up of the PC; sure it's warned me of 'found viruses' but has never locked-up the PC. I will not be changing my Anti-Vir prog just because of this single anomaly.

I use Zonealarm security suite which uses Kaspersky anti virus and that's not happening to me.

I would, I doubt that program would detect the latest viruses.
