Where are the mods when you need them?

Hi, i have made several requests for a thread cleanup.
No one answered them in a reasonable time (days or even weeks). Also i got 2 warnings (for rule 16 violation and i dont even know who issued them - from my POV, trying to explain something to a mod is not a rule 16 violation, however, i just want to understand) and i asked for clarifications. No one answered.
Where are the mods when you need them?
i can understand Doom9 (more or less on vacation...), but the others i tried to get in touch with?

Regarding the rule 16 strikes (which I did not issue BTW), my understanding is that you have been confrontational and combative in your posts and you were asked to stop that. You apparently have not taken that advice on board. Better to continue this discussion in PM, though. I will certainly answer any PM that you may want to send me.

yeah I've been noticing many threads where theres a lot of things happening that should but nothing is done about it
then strikes issues for things don't even deserve them
so I've just kind of stopped reporting things...

i solved my problems. this thread was created coz i wasnt able to contact some moderators.
now everything is fine.
