I'm not optimistic about this one, but does anyone have an idea of how to improve this video even a little? It's got field blending and may even be the result of resizing interlaced frames:

I'm sure it can at least be partly helped.
If all else fails we could just *******() :p (edit: seems someone beat you to it...)

I'll take a look at it later/tomorrow and edit this post.

Edit: after looking at the sample I must say... where did you ever come across a source like this...
