Help setting PAR with MP4Box

Hi all, I was reading through the documentation on how to set PAR in mp4box but I can't figure out how to properly use the switch.

It says to use -par tkID=PAR. Does this mean I would tell it something like -par tk1=32:27?

Any help would be appreciated :)

I know of -par 1=xx:xx, where "1" is the video track number.
