Fix bad VHS Capture - Single frames flashbacks.

I got a avi horribly captured from a VHS source.
Some frames has half of it from some other frame. All at random.
I include a bad frame as example:

What I'm looking for is something like UnDot, but for frames.
I was thinking if even it can't be done for full frames, avisynth can break up the frame in 2 (upper, lower), fix one and rejoin.

Problem not solved by software after capturing. Try using other VCR for capture, use TBC (Time Base Corrector) if VCR not have built in or try find S-VHS VCR.

Thx but the source is no longer available, I only have the captured files.

I might say that there is only one bad frame every 10 or 20 frames, so, I was looking for a filter such as Undot that can do a temporal interpolation of the bad frames.

What I need to detect is 2 consecutive fast-changing frames (lots of delta bits) and interpolate between -1 and 1 (0 index).
