Splitting video files

Alright, I'm not really sure where this would so, so I guess here is fine.

I need a program that can take MKV, MP4, and AVI files and delete parts of the video without recompressing it.

(Like if you had a tv show and you wanted to delete the commercials out of it)

Anyone know of any?

mkvtoolnix foe mkv files, mp4box or YAMB (GUI) for mp4 files, virtualdub(mod) for AVI files or aivdemux does allo or :search:

I did a little searching, but I've had a couple of bad days so I was getting frustrating.

splitting video is kind of edit function, i only get a converter.
