how to extract MPEG-2 from IFO/VOB without reencoding?

i got one IFO and three VOB files which were created with DVD Decrypter; so it contains just the main scene/clip(video+audio) and nothing else(i.e. the menu and...); so from my understanding these are not the standard IFO/VOB files but again in my opinion the extraction methode should be the same.

since i need the clip for video editing(Pinnacle Studio), i need the raw MPEG-2 file so there is no detail loss(NO REENCODING!!!/COMPRESSION!!!); encoding is done anyway when the project is finished; my project format is standard DVD.

note: list of MPEG files Pinnacle Studio supports:
mpg, mpeg, mod, mp2, mp4, m2ts, tod, m1v, m2v, mpv

Just demux to elementary streams with PGCDemux. Load up the IFO and pick the relevant PGC and tick the boxes.

There's an older program called Vidomi that can edit a VOB and output an MPEG-2 without re-encoding. Under Options > General Options just select "Ignore settings and use MPEG copy code."

Another pair of easy to use options would be "MPEG2Cut.exe" and "MPEG2Cut2.exe"...

Or you rename those .vob files to .mpg and open them directly.

Pinnacle Studio supports mpeg ps-streams.
