I think there is a small bug when you choose "disable interlaced" in the avs option.
I use dvd-rb 1.28 and windows xp pro and HCenc 0.23.
I create a project with the "disable interlaced to VTS_1 or ALL" choice and save the project with name "progressive".
I run dvd-rb pro and add in the batch list the project "progressive", and run the batch. Then I see that the alternate scan method is selected (as if the "disable interlaced" setting was not stored).
To check, I also select DC precision=10 but this setting is really stored, as opposed to "disable interlaced"...
