Blu-Ray: Lady Vengeance + Erin Brockovich

Among the 60 Blu-Ray discs I've ripped in the past, there are two discs, which show a strange behaviour:
- Lady Vengeance (EAN 4020974165754)
- Erin Brockovich (EAN 4030521711310)
The resulting m2ts file can be played with WMP11+ Haali as usual, but it's not seekable. Also WMP11 shows only the elapsed time and not the total time.
So what is broken: the disc itself ? AnyDVD HD ? Haali ? WMP11 ?
