Free m4r audio conversion program

Ok I'm back...

Thanks to Setarip_Old and Lord_Mulder for the image conversion advice, wondering if anyone knows a free program that converts audio files to .m4r format...?

Based on this thread and the other one i just posted in general discussion, i think it's pretty clear what I've been doing all day :P
