Hi!

If it's a Disney show, the DVD may contain the first version of RipGuard copy protection, which is not 100% properly processed by DVD Decrypter.

What is the Title and Region of the DVD?

Several options:

1) After ripping with DVD Decrypter, use DVD Shrink with "Deep Analysis" and "Adaptive Errror Compensation"("AEC") , OR

2) Run first rip (6.something gigs) through DVD Shrink (Shrink the "shrunk" file), OR

3) Use only DVD Shrink (NOT DVD Decrypter) to rip the DVD

Shrink needs some working space on your HDD.
How much free space do you have?

Did you remember to empty "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DVD Shrink" before trying each of the methods? If not, DVD Shrink may still be using the evaluation it did the very first time you used it to read this DVD...
