LUMGAIN default setting

I tried many clips with LUMGAIN 1 or even 2 and without. It seems it doesen't hurt and is almost always giving a better encoding.

As AQ which is 2 by default, would it be relevant to ask to Jdobbs to put LUMGAIN to 1 or 2 by default?

your comments and test about your clips?

As it is now you can set it to anything you want by adding to rebuilder ini. Check the change log for 1.25.0
