need some basics about disc structures and iso images

Hello,

i am acutally working with iso images and try to get into aspi development.

So my problem is how to get start? Should i directly read the iso specifications and the mmc drafts or should i first read something about how a cd works ? (I only want to start with CD-ROMS/R/RW, not dvds and so on at first)

So what do you mean how should i start ?
