Hi, I am an embedded systems developer in Buckinghamshire, England. We are working on a device that takes MPEG-4 ASP video and MPEG-1 layer 2 audio PES streams from a hardware encoder and formats them as AVI files. I don't have enough experience with MPEG and AVI and am having trouble getting this working.
To accelerate us through this I am looking for someone who understands these formats well and has programming experience working with them. You could be a full-time self-employed consultant, or 19 years old and hack on free software, if you can demonstrate your ability then I will be interested.
What I have in mind is one day's consultancy (picking your brains) at our offices, paid at reasonable rates, subject to agreement with management blah blah.
