Hey guys,

I have been off the track for a couple of weeks and recently tried to encode video material with x264 with BD compliancy, using also --nal-hrd as I thought it is necessary, but x264 reported, it could not find this option. I have updated to the current version before I tried encoding. Has this option been removed and is the stream BD compliant without it?

let me guess. you used megui and updated x264 with a x24.nl unpatched build.
the option is NOT official and it's only present in patched builds.
if you want BD compliancy dont mess with the megui tools. let it use what it finds in the autoupdate.

Tsmuxer automatically adds --nal-hrd so you don't have to use it.
