Convert From Avi/DivX/Xvid to ipod compatible format...

Hi there! I have backed up my dvd movies to divx format and now that i bought an "ipod touch" i want to convert them in a compatible format. I'd appreciate it if somebody could link me a one - button software (free is prefered) that converts my movies from xvid to ipod mp4 format.
