Turn off AUTO-Q2 Matrix with HC adaptive quantization?

I have been using the matrix AUTO-Q2 along with HC Encoder.

Now that there is an option:
HC adaptive quantization
HC_AQ=n

should I change the Quantization Matrices from AUTO-Q2 to ENCODER DEFAULT?

I am guessing that I should revert back to ENCODER DEFAULT, but I want to ask the Experts!
