AutoGK writes stuff to DivX Manual CLI, VirtualDub crashes

I've had this problem with mixed use of AutoGK and VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod where AutoGK writes stuff to the DivX codecs Manual CLI aka there's this value "-dir" which seems to indicate any previous AutoGK temp directory, which seems to cause the VirtualDubMod give me an error code: -100 and VirtualDub to crash entirely.

Could AutoGK clean up the Manual CLI stuff it writes after it's done so that switching to use of VirtualDub wouldn't cause trouble when using DivX codec?
