Need a system tray refresh rate switcher

Hello,

I need a system tray refresh rate switcher.
Something simple actionable through a mouse right click for exemple.
Note that I need to change the refresh rates not the resolution.
For exemple from 1920x1080/24p to 1920x1080/50i.

If your video is nVidia, make sure the tray icon is enabled to show. It will allow exactly what you want.
