Graphedit- Where has File Writer gone?!

To keep it short and simple, File Writer is missing.

I have no idea how it happened. What .dll do I need to put this back?

Edit: Ok, I found it... qcap.dll
It was in my system32 folder so I don't know what was the problem. Maybe wasn't registered? Anyways, I downloaded the .dll and registered it. Works fine now.

Installing or uninstalling codec packs and some games will sometimes do that, they mess with system codecs.
