Trying to reply to moderation team

When I click reply to their message and then submit, I get a message saying member not found.

some PMs are sent by "The moderation team" (for example, strikes).
if you try to reply to those messages, an error telling you "the moderation team" does not exists is displayed and your message does not reach anyone coz it will not be sent.
also you cant know the name of the moderator, coz if i understand correctly, those are automated messages.

that's the case in many forums; though i'd think that a lot of the mods would be willing to help if contacted directly
