I have a .RAR file that has a video.avi & it's taking time to download. I wanna check the quality before I continue this download.

VLC can probably do it. That can also open .iso files.

I have a .RAR file that has a video.avi & it's taking time to download. Re-read the forum rules and the stickie in the Newbies section. The onus is on you to show that the material is legit. You haven't done that. Thread closed.
