Hi. I'm about buying a LCD for my computer. I would like 22" but in this size there is no 1080p (1920x1200, Full HD) monitor. So I began to search for an 24" LCD and I've found all are much more expensive than the 22" ones, except the Acer AL2416 WBsd. What do you think about this procuct and Acer LCD in general?
Many thanks.
Bye bye.

I have no idea if it's a good monitor or not, but here is another one that appears to be in the same ballpark, price wise, (I have no experience with this one either) and this one has HDMI: BenQ T241W

Thank you rebkell. I will see this BenQ monitor. Any more suggestions?

They're both TN screens (anything in that price range is), so the quality is good for some things and lousy for others. They're fast, have virtually no ghosting, but color reproduction is so-so compared to pricier screens, blocking and banding in movies is more pronounced, and viewing them from above (including just looking at the bottom of the screen if you're too close or too high) completely discolors the picture. Generally they're good enough for the undemanding or for gamers, especially if you get it positioned well.

Two of the three "Displays du Jour" listed on the enormous LCD thread (http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=31&threadid=2049206&enterthread=y) at Anandtech are 24-inchers:

BenQ G2400W, 24". TN display that outclasses the 245BW in every aspect, at least according to initial reports. Very good value for anyone who wants a cheap 24" gaming or general use/other panel. The default color accuracy is even good, so although photo editing certainly isn't the best use of a TN panel, it may not be out of the question with this LCD.

Westinghouse L2410NM, 24" (honorable mention). S-MVA display that is a great value.
