Hi, I just got my first post in this forum closed because I violated rule number 6.
I have surfing the forum but I haven't found the rules.
Can anybody post a direct link for reading them, please?
Thank you very much.

Just found:
6. In the same spirit, no help will be given on DVD movies that you do not own and are not making a legal backup of.
but my problem is not about a DVD movie at all...
just a program recorded from a television channel
¿?
why did my post get closed?? (PAL -> Bad NTSC -> PAL)

sorry... I feel a bit dumb (LOL)
6) No warez, cracks, serials or illegally obtained copyrighted content! Links to content of a questionable nature, asking for, offering, or asking for help/helping to process such content in any way or form is not tolerated.
again, my video is not illegal, it is just a tv program... a concert... recorded from TV, I was going to put the link to a piece of the VOB but my post was closed.

Well, after searching for the offending post, it's because you did not record this yourself.

Then... can I take another concert (recorded by myself) and "simulate" the problem I have?
That is: take a PAL interlaced video and to convert it to NTSC interlaced with BAD FIELD ORDER... (my little problem is "How to come back to PAL interlaced without the ugly effect it seems my video).
Resuming, can I open another post asking for the same thing? The video link will be one mine, recorded by myself. I really need help, trust me.
