totally cannot download. it requires my email, and after i submit my email, still cannot download. problems with their web app.

I've downloaded the software and played with it a little bit. And I have noticed several issues
1. Encoder does not have a lot of settings.
2. Encoding application is not written in unicode so even with support of chinese language installed I can't see a character.
3. Encoder has utilized all my 4 cores, but for SD resolution I wouldn't have called it fast. it worked maybe two times lower than realtime.
4. They provide a directshow splitter in the package but it's also working a little bit strange - it does n't provide videoinfo structure on its output pin.
5. Decoder is pretty fast, looks like it's using one thread and a half but it produces significant amount of artifacts, we also managed to connect mainconcept avs video decoder to this stream and it looks like this encoding app is based on newer version of reference software, so we had several bitstream mismatches but in overall the stream is "playable"
