Converting 7gigs of vob for D2 mp3 player

I need to convert a 7gig dvd to a 320x240 rez file but also not have it take up 2+gig of space as that isn't practical for my mp3 player.

I've tried using AGK but the resulting files I've done at 700 and 350 mb just look like ass.

Can I produce a good enough looking file at that size and rez and if so what is the process?

Look around at different Xvid guides. Learn what the options do. Learn how to encode through VirtualDub/VirtualDubMod (Google).

At 700MB and 320x240, a decent-length film can look pretty good. Assuming you don't need to restrict the settings too much.
