So I have some .mkv files that have both english and japanese tracks on them and I'm having a bit of difficulty getting them into a form I can stream to my xbox 360. First I tried extracting the files with mkvextractgui and that worked, but what it gave me was a file with a .h264 container and just the english audio file (which is just fine). The problem is that mkvmerge won't recognize a .h264 container so I can't merge the files and then convert to .avi. If there's no way to do this than is there some way I can get SuperC to convert the file with the 2nd audio track? Because I can get it to work just fine except it always takes the first audio track which is the japanese one.
Edit: I've tried using virtualdubmod but it won't extract either the audio or video because they're unsupported formats. I've also tried converting the .h264 container file to .avi in superc but I just get errors.
